3. Do I need to pay a deposit to secure my appointment?
Yes, a deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied to your total service cost.

We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any changes or cancellations. If notice is not given within this timeframe, a cancellation fee of 50% of your service cost will apply. This policy is in place to respect our therapists' time and ensure efficient scheduling.

5. What should I expect during my first visit?
During your first visit, you’ll complete a brief intake form to discuss your health history and any specific concerns. Your therapist will then tailor the massage to meet your needs. Feel free to ask any questions or express any preferences before the session begins.

You are welcome to communicate with your therapist during the massage. Whether you prefer to chat or relax in silence, it’s important to let your therapist know if you have any preferences regarding pressure, areas of focus, or any discomfort.

You may wear whatever is comfortable for you. Most clients undress to their level of comfort and are covered with a sheet or towel during the session. Your privacy will always be respected.

Absolutely! We offer several add-ons, including sugar foot scrubs, cupping therapy, and IASTM. You can select these options when booking your appointment or discuss them with your therapist at the start of your session.

Yes, we offer gift certificates for all of our services. They make a perfect gift for birthdays, holidays, or special occasions! You can purchase them online or at our location.

Our standard massage sessions are typically offered in 25, 50, 80, and 110-minute durations. You can choose the length that best suits your needs when booking your appointment.
